“Apartment was clean, quiet and located near our son and family. Rarely heard anything of the neighbors after we were in for the night. Apartment was just as pictured. The pool wasn’t spotless, but our stay also was during hurricane Helene. So there was some leaves etc for a couple days.. as would be expected. We requested a toaster and one was delivered the next day! Great response! A suggestions shared with the host. A non slip mat for the tub/ shower.. Another suggestion, as with most……

“This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. Not to mention……

“Property is close to the airport, dining, groceries. Check in was easy. Beautiful view from spacious balcony. We didn't end up cooking, but if we did, the only improvement i would recommend is fry pans. Refrigerator is clean and large, more than we needed. Beds were comfortable. We wish we booked more nights to enjoy beautifull sunset and plenty of dining options. Highly recommend this place.”

“Great clean property in a good location to everything Orlando has to offer. A few minor negatives. We arrived at check in time and they were still cleaning the condo. Sat in the hallway for 15 minutes to wait for them to finish. No major deal and happy to have a clean place but definitely inconvenient. Second, annoying that I had to buy toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap. These have always seems to be standard in VRBO’s but maybe I’ve been fortunate previously. Regardless, I would definitely……
