“We stayed at the Bird House Spa for my daughter's graduation from Rollins College in nearby Winter Park. The house was so convenient to the graduation and to all stores/shopping in the area. Given our large family (8) we really made use of the common spaces - which were lovely and well configured to allow mingling and multiple conversations. Everyone used the amenities - we especially loved the massage chair. My boys spent a good amount of time in the game room playing pool, and they had a……

“We enjoyed the comfortable beds after a long day of driving. The dogs loved the fenced in yard after between stuck in the truck for hours. The place is very modern and clean and the neighbors were friendly.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the launch pad! Although I think the owner needs to improve its property maintenance around the home spraying for ants, bugs outside as well! Needs to have more larger pots available it is a 3 bedroom so more than likely families stay and need to cook! Other than those few little things my stay was great!”

“Communication was awesome, the property was clean, the bedroom layout was a little odd (have to walk through 1 to.get to the other) but for me it was no issue. The shower in the downstairs batnroom was a.little small but the water was hot. All other ammenties were there, dishes, towels, etc. Location was such that traffic was.not an issue when I stayed there.”
