“Had everything we needed. Owners were friendly and accommodating. Pool was relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was pleasant. Great location in relation to attractions, restaurants and stores.”

“We had a very pleasant stay here. It has everything and makes us very easy and comfortable! Luckily it was 2nd floor only, we had 4 big luggages to carry up. I saw someone carrying to the 4th floor with 38" case. -.- And the place is a bit dusty in the corners. Hope can improve next time. There's a supermarket Publix in the resort, has almost everything. So very easy to buy stuff to cook.”

“I used to live in this beautiful area and it was such a treat to be able to stay somewhere right in the middle of all that is historic downtown Orlando. It is such a unique and beautiful neighborhood and NOTHING like other areas of the city--but you have to experience it to understand that. Dyna's spot is smack in the midst of it, and just a few minute's walk to the little bars, bistros and quaint places to gather, including Lake Eola. She is a lovely person and we could not have enjoyed staying……

“Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2 story townhouse right on a lake. Beautiful view from our patio and a walk path all around the lake. 3 miles from Universal Studios and Sea World. 15 minutes from Disney. Tons of restaurants and shopping also all around. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. ”
