“Ain't staying there no more that is for damn sure”

“We not notified that the main pool was closed for renovations. Had to walk to the alternate pool. Not too far but still, had I known, I would have booked by the other pool. ”

“Where do i begin, first day found a roach in the fridge and it went downhill from there there was so many roaches everywhere they had someone come move the fridge and spray that made them angry i guess one literally hitched a ride home with me, the place is not the cleanest the pool and hot tub were disgusting, fair warning they do not do anything for you they claimed they take the roach thing seriously and i have not heard a thing back from them since first contact it was a horrible stay……

“Room was clean but provided no blankets for the pull out sofa. The water took forever to get hot and never quite felt hot enough. ”

“Centrally located hotel with easy access. Comfortable beds. Terrible communication with the owners. The bathtub was clogged, and the second day there was no water coming out of the shower. The room smelled damp. There were cockroaches.”

“Everything was great . Thr only thing was I had a hard time trying to work the dryer but when th technician came the next morning he tried to figure it out himself but found that in order for the dryer to work u had to slam the dryer door hard . He said the sensor must be going bad . ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is 5 minutes from all the attractions on Universal Blvd. The condo was in very good condition and clean. The pool, hot tub and outside bar was very nice and clean. our host, Thomas is a very good communicator. The check in process was flawless. We had Starbucks every morning from the downstairs coffee shop. Bottom line...It was fun and we would definitely stay here again.”

“It was a nice place to stay for a short bit for a couple or in my case, myself and my 17 year old daughter. The price was right for what I needed. This complex would be very desirable for someone with younger kids especially. They’d be entertained easily for days. Internet was weak, and extremely limited TV stations if you are staying in. ”
