“Convent beautiful view ”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“This decor of this place is a little outdated, but the service, view, and location made up for it. Most definitely will stay they again. ”

“Room was fine nothing special. Food, menu offerings and service at the restaurant were just fair. We signed up for the free nature encounter and waited 30 minutes but no one ever showed. We were there for a romantic weekend. The hotel was ok but the waterfall was amazing and that's the main attraction if you're staying there.”
