“Das Hotel besticht durch das äußerst nette Personal und das exzellente Service. Zum perfekten Urlaub in dieser Preisklasse fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Bei der Ankunft wäre ein Willkommensgruß nett (Getränk, "Betthupferl",..) schade fanden wir, dass der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19:00geöffnet ist-nach dem Abendessen nochmal schwimmen gehen, hätte auch etwas. Außerdem war das Wasser (besonders im Aussenbecken)für uns etwas zu kalt. Die hoteleigenen Badeschlapfen mit Werbeaudruck sind mit 3……

“Ein gutes neues Hotel mit einer sehr ansprechenden Lobby und einem freundlichen Empfang. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und würden direkt nach einem Kaffee gefragt. Einziges Manko war das schlechte Kopfkissen. Ein Hauch von Nichts.... Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....”

“Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability……

“8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Reception lacks experience but has ok attitude. Room is clean with separate toilet and shower rooms. If the team becomes experienced and kitchen is equipped, it will become a super good place. ”
