“Accueil mitigé par la gérante :nous avions réservé et payé d’avance 2 chambres pour 3 nuits,or elle n’a plus de place pour la 3ème nuit! Elle propose une nuit dans un autre hôtel de standing inférieur,après négociations de plus d’une heure (quelle perte de temps!!) elle trouve un meilleur hôtel et offre une expédition. Sinon l’hôtel est un lieu splendide avec patio, terrasse avec vue sur Cartagena ,chambres ultra confortables, le quartier est très agréable ”
