“一個4星的飯店，房裡沒有杯子水壺，牆壁的壁紙發霉，朋友過敏的很嚴重，一直打噴嚏流鼻涕，要喝點熱水，去櫃檯借水壺跟杯子，她說沒有提供，她把最糟的房間給了我們，早餐是我旅行2個月來最沒有選擇的飯店，連新鮮的番茄蔬菜的沒有，只有加工過的肉品，很失望。”

“The location is good for transportation. It’s very easy to take a bus to Venise. There are some restaurants nearby. We like the free parking. It makes the trip in Venise convenient. Nice staffs. ”

“房間很明亮, 乾淨及舒適, 服務人員很好也很熱心, 他們會提供任何您想知道關於當地的訊息. 對我來說, 這間飯店很舒適, 我非常推薦. The room is bright, clean and cozy, all staff was very very nice, they provided lots of information everything what we want, this hotel is comfortable for us, we will recommend to our friend if they would like to visit the Riccione.”

“The hotel itself is new and clean. The bed was comfy. It’s located in a more industrial like zone. Not much actions or must take a train or a taxi to Venezia. However, despite having ViP member status of hotels.com, it’s claimed to have some VIP benefits. However , I was not upgraded nor provided the $10 credit during my stay. The late check is only until 12:30 despite the hotel looks low occupancy during my check out . That’s a pity. ”

“Nice hotel with quiet environment and relaxing vibes! Area is not bar from the train station but there are treasures around the hotel! Big supermarkets, cheap clothing shops, etc..Staff there were friendly and professional too”
