“This property is located in an area where many old, beautiful homes are being restored, but it is also about a half mile from what appeared to be a soup kitchen. The town appears to have somewhat of a homeless problem, but it would probably be safe enough during the day. This is a residential area with no restaurant, so you'll need a car.
