“Excellent property and great value ”

“The hotel was spotless and comfortable and the staff was extremely hospitable, helpful and warm. The sea views are lovely and everything about the hotel itself was 10/10. Sadly, the local government has mismanaged the zoning and there is a noisy nearby establishment with spot lights and a huge flashing screen that is on 24 hours a day. There is a noisy dance club/ bar across the street that plays thumping music untill 1 or 2 AM. They've also erected an ugly sign that partially blocks the view……

“We have stayed here before and it was just as good as the first time. The bathroom is beautiful. We visited Nemi and Castel Gandolfo, which are nearby villages that are beautiful. Also the wine country for the area is very nearby too. ”
