Reservations were a huge pain in the arse. An adventure in unnecessary frustration. EXPEDIA inserted themselves in the process obstructing everything. Could not enter my hotel membership card. Could not access the two discounts I had. In the end, when I signed out I was given a receipt with NO AMOUNT on it. How much did it cost me? I think I should dispute it with my credit card……

“I absolutely loved my room. It was quiet and the ac was amazing. The only downside was the water in the shower didn’t get hot. It stayed lukewarm even when I had it on full hot. ”
“Great customer service at bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping strip. Room service took about an hour to bring water and clean towels. Carlos bartender was amazing. Charlene at underground has exceptional customer service care. Prices are great. Would stay again”
