“The studio was super comfy and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything to make a basic meal. You're right next to queen street station, so don't have to go far. Also super easy to get in and out, with your own unique code. TV is SMART. The shower was great too (although the lights are motion sensor and switch off every 5 mins!) Note: the walls are VERY thin. Unfortunately there was a lot of serious arguing that we could hear from those staying in the apartment next door through all hours of……

“Great central location and staff were friendly - doorman David was particularly helpful and kind. The hotel is nicely designed though only minor downside was felt spa area could have been a bit better maintained e.g. cleanliness (tissue in pool) and corridors were a bit flooded and though hotels fault per se, people kept mixing up robes. The rooms are nice and spacious and the stocked complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. Although we never got the chance for the hotels drinks offer we heard……
