“We had a great girls trip at this house. It’s within walking distance to downtown. You have to cross the main road but there is a safe walking bridge you can use to go over the road. Owner was very responsive and nice! ”

“Very clean and cozy. The outside temps were never warmer than 25 F but the inside was always warm and comfy. We could stream on the wifi, and we also had cell service. The owner was responsive to any questions. GPS took us right where we needed to be, and it was dark.”

“Great location. I-pad check in didn't work in house and contacted host and he just directed us to their website instead of looking into the issue. Other than that no other issues. We went after bridge day so several restaurants and attractions were closed for the season.”

We couldn’t figure out some of the lights and the main level bathroom has a bit of a sewer smell. Other than that, I would recommend to anyone. Meeko, the friendly neighborhood cat came and visited a few times outside, as well. ”

“Enjoyed the property and home. Clean and cozy. Only suggestion is to advise visitors to take screen shots of GPS directions as you travel to and from house as you will lose and house is hard to find without. ”

“This house is directly across the road from the lodge and restaurant of Hawk’s Nest State Park. The backyard actually sits against state park lines and there are a few trails right across the road. The area has great views and being in a single family home was wonderful once we arrived with a spacious living room and dining room, board games and comfortably heated! The yard and land were also very spacious and great to walk around with the pups. Great host & will definitely recommend this place……
