“Horseshoe Acres was great! There was plenty of room for our family (6 adults & 3 teenagers), and every room was immaculately clean. The long tables inside and on the deck allowed for meals, games, and conversation, and the theatre, popcorn machine, hot tub, and yard, were hits for our group. Although we did not use the fire pit, grill, or sauna, it was nice to have them available. Oak Hill’s proximity to the New River Gorge and Welcome Center, river and bridge, UTV tour, Grandview,……

“This home was just perfect for leisurely family time. The master suite is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Both bathrooms were newly remodeled and the rain shower heavenly. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils and most importantly a Keurig coffee maker. Each room had a television. The pool and deck area is stellar with beautiful views of West Virginia glory. Our host was prompt and responsive to all my questions and concerns. ”

“We loved the location of this house. The creek that ran along the property was an added scenic bonus. The house was close to NRG and Hawks Nest as well as several waterfall hikes. The house was well stocked with about anything you could need. We did have to contact the owners while we were there and the communication was great. You do have to walk through one kids bedroom to get to the other, which wasn’t a problem for us but might matter for some. We had a great time and would return. ”

Well appointed, had everything we could need. Comfy beds, thick towels and an outdoor fire pit which we used every night. Great location in town and walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!”
