“This is a great place. We had 3 families staying here w kids for our local "Friends and Family gathering" at the Catawba park. Downstairs has beds for those that need quiet space and there is a great deck where we saw a bunch of humming birds as well as turkeys and deer. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and lots of places for people to hang out and play cards in the evening.”

“We were a small group going to a larger family reunion. The location was fantastic as we were 5 minutes away from the park where the reunion was being held. Didn’t need lake front, just a comfy place to sleep and kick back after fun filled days! Great supper club down the road for a Friday fish fry!”

“We had a great time staying at this property and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. Having the pontoon included with the house was amazing and we enjoyed going out for evening rides. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. The game room in the garage was a great to keep us entertained on a rainy day. We are hoping to stay again in the future!”

“Stayed with my parents, siblings and their families. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. Kitchen was stocked with very nice pots, pans, and food storage. Having two fridges was great! The lofted space with the bonus room with beds was awesome for the kids to have their own hangout space. Access to the water was perfect and so close the beach and park worked out so well! We would definitely book again!!”

“House was very clean and instuctions were clear. Location was close to bars and restaurants.”

“Super quiet. It was perfect. I was worried about it being kinda close to what seems like a busy road. But the yard is big, the road honestly isn’t that busy, and the house has good windows that block whatever traffic sound there is. Easy access, beautiful location, easy host. Highly recommend. ”
