“Despite the record heat, the AC kept the cabin cool and the lake was a great way to cool off outside. Loved the historic but well equipped kitchen. The only comment would be there is no internet or cell service. But for me that is a plus.”

“We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. Lori was easy to reach and allowed us an early check in since we were arriving into town early Friday morning. She also allowed us a little later check out on Sunday. There is a private dock which we used the entire time for fishing. Lisa, her husband, and her family were staying at the home next door but very quiet and respectful so didn’t bother us one bit. “We had a great time! We were originally planning to go tent camping and due to thunderstorms in the forecast we canceled that reservation and found this cabin available. We are SO glad we did! The cabin is small but very much everything we needed. Yes there were cobwebs and spiders and the cabin is not fully updated but truthfully, I believe if it was - the charm would be lost! I believe the owners live across the way in a home on the property and they were kind enough to provide us with dry……
