“I needed to book something quick for my uncles funeral that would accommodate my large family. This place was perfect and in an area that was close to the funeral home. We had enough space for everyone. Just needed to be more stocked with the essentials ”

“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”

“We have rented a number of places on VRBO and this is our favorite. It was charming, clean and spacious. We don't have small children but if we did this would be perfect with a game room downstairs and an outdoor playhouse. Would definitely return! ”

“We came to New York for very sad circumstances. To bury a loved one. We left New York one of the best experiences as a family having the space and the comfort and the luxury that we deserved in such time. It was a wonderful day. It is nestled in the heart of the city close to the park close to all shopping close to food. It’s one of the most stress-free experiences I’ve ever had at any hospitality home/hotel. I’m grateful and I will stay again.”

“Stayed for three nights. The communication from the host was excellent. There were some minor issues to get clarity on and the host even called to resolve quickly . Check in and out went smoothly. The house was very clean. Spacious three bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the appliances and cooking/eating utensils to work with. “The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars.”

We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. “Apartment was large spacious and clean. Check in a but stressful. Requested. 30 mintue early check in so my daughters and i could get ready for a wedding we were attending. Host could not give a definitive answer and check in instructions werent sent but 20 minutes before check in. NO PARKING. 30 mintues driving around at midnight to find a spot 6 blockes away. Thats a long walk in heels aftering dancing all night! LoL. I dont know the area so I assumed there would be parking. I will ask from……

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

Generally good

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
