“I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. The price was reasonable. I will likely stay……

“The entire state was amazing and everything was literally perfect. However, the home had some areas where things were either broken or a little dirty in spots. Overall though, the entire place was huge! Definitely bigger than the online listing. The backyard was beautiful. The photos on the listing are also a little old because the home had a lot of updates and modifications. Like I said, though it just could’ve been cleaned a bit better and fixed in some areas so that people wouldn’t be afraid……

“It's the second floor of a spacious home in the charming old village of Mamaroneck. Harbor Island Park is a 20 minute walk away, and dozens of restaurants and charming shops line the avenue on the walk back. The train station into Manhattan is just a ten minute walk. It was perfect for my needs - and spacious enough to accommodate four or more.”

“This place definitely met our need to be close to NY (drivable) for a graduation. Family and friends were able to gather and celebrate. Home was exactly as pictured online and yard did not disappoint. Although the weather was rainy and chilly, we made our way for morning walks to the beach 3-minutes away. Sun came out just in time for a cookout, although clouds rolled in at the end of the day. Not necessary to pay uber fares into NY (ranging from 50- 170) depending on the time of day. The……

“We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house which was so conveniently located near our family in Rye. My husband and I stayed here along with our son and daughter-in-law. There was also a tiny 3rd bedroom if we had needed it for our other son. The house was completely renovated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to town! ”

“Farida is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is the type of neighborhood you will want to take a walk through. The VRBO space itself is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. You will find every amenity you will need. The air conditioning was perfectly cold on the 81 degree days we stayed. “Was super surprised just how nice this house was. It was tastefully decorated with many antiques and live plants which gave it a very homey feel. The whole house has been updated and the kitchen was generously furnished. The roku TV offered our favorite channels. Possibly, the only negative is it's location is in the middle of nowhere on a 2-lane dirt road. But, even that had positives. The countryside was beautiful and there was a restuarant/green house/party store just a mile down the road.……
