“Our family of eleven enjoyed a week long stay at Modern Retreat. It was a great space for 6 adults, 4 toddlers and an infant. The large kitchen was well appointed and lots of needed household items provided. We especially enjoyed the two covered balconies for our morning coffee and fresh air. The kids loved the games/toys and upstairs living space. The location was close to many restaurants, grocery store, playground and several blocks from the beach. “We drove in from South Caroline for the winter warfare fight. This house was great for us (3 adults) with the main benefit, private gated PARKING! Nice to pull into the yard next to the patio & lock the fence. Also, the spa shower was the best after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable firm yet soft. The house was clean, “Alexa” was a nice bonus, kitchen was stocked and owners were fast to get back to us. We will be back. ”

Harbor Island Park is a 20 minute walk away, and dozens of restaurants and charming shops line the avenue on the walk back. The train station into Manhattan is just a ten minute walk. It was perfect for my needs - and spacious enough to accommodate four or more.”
