“The hostess was very accommodating and prompt. The place was quiet and cozy.”

“The entire state was amazing and everything was literally perfect. However, the home had some areas where things were either broken or a little dirty in spots. Overall though, the entire place was huge! Definitely bigger than the online listing. The backyard was beautiful. The photos on the listing are also a little old because the home had a lot of updates and modifications. Like I said, though it just could’ve been cleaned a bit better and fixed in some areas so that people wouldn’t be afraid……

“We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.”

“This place definitely met our need to be close to NY (drivable) for a graduation. Family and friends were able to gather and celebrate. Home was exactly as pictured online and yard did not disappoint. Although the weather was rainy and chilly, we made our way for morning walks to the beach 3-minutes away. Sun came out just in time for a cookout, although clouds rolled in at the end of the day. Not necessary to pay uber fares into NY (ranging from 50- 170) depending on the time of day. The……

“We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house which was so conveniently located near our family in Rye. My husband and I stayed here along with our son and daughter-in-law. The VRBO space itself is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. You will find every amenity you will need. The air conditioning was perfectly cold on the 81 degree days we stayed. “My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. ”
