“The area is clean and peaceful. We felt comfortable walking and parking our car. Everything works well for us in terms of the space, the lights, wi-fi, and communication with the host. Peter was patient and helpful throughout our stay. I love this high ceilling apartment that we keep in our mind for our next trip to Newark. ”

“Great neighborhood. Has an easy walk to the corner store that has great bagel sandwiches. Walk to the subway line clear, making travel around NYC simple. It is summer and place has air-conditioning but only in the main area with no fans so stuffy in the bedrooms - if you have travel fans, bring it.Heads up, they changed the siding and it is light grey, no longer yellow.Also, something I forgot to look up before hand, no iron or steamer.”

“This place had a very nice set up and was super clean. The host was the best!!! I had a problem with the code multiple times and she was on it! She had someone that took cared of it right away. She also drove out so late to change the code because it was not cooperating. The nicest lady and a perfect spot. The entire house as soon as you enter is to par. It's very spacious and comfortable. “We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). “Lunavista Cozy studio was an amazing stay. The owners were very communicative and friendly. The room was very clean, smelled nice, and well organized. Lots of amenities and everything I wanted was provided including toiletries. The only minor downside was that the location as it is along a very busy roadway but I had no issues personally. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!”
