The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to……

“When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check. We are driving from New Mexico and having to stop in Scottsdale is an inconvenience but had no choice. The communication from the rental……
