“Comfortable & homey”

“I was expecting more from the room accommodations, because of the price. The restaurant was very nice with excellent service. Pricey as to be expected. However, the room was really dated and mediocre. Almost had a dingy feel. It had two landline phones, one even in the bathroom (lol), and neither worked. I drove around to 3 different locations to find ice, bc 2 out of the 3 machines were broken. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I got a really good deal. The rooms really need some……

“This is a quaint property in a perfect location! We were visiting William &Mary and were able to walk to everything from this location. It is super charming and the owner and staff were very friendly! Breakfast was excellent as well!”

“Check-in was great! The front desk attendant was able to assign or party’s rooms on the same floor across the hall from each other.. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which had plenty of room for our family of six. The bathrooms had Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The bed was comfortable. Definitely we would stay here again.”

“Michelle. The front desk lady who took care of us was amazing. We would go back to that hotel just for her. Even the bar tenders were very nice. We had a blast. Even for just a night. ”

“The woman who greeted me on May 5th (pm) was super friendly and a great first contact at the hotel. She was efficient checking me I , and let me know about all the hotel had to offer. The room was clean and quiet. It was a quick overnight but I'd stay at this hotel again.”

“Staff service from everyone on the property was amazing, always a lovely smile from every person in each department I came across. My only complaint is that the beds in 5126 might need an update, very shaky and I did not have a lot of confidence in them. Also the portable AC made the carpet yet and any clothes near it wet. I do have to say, it added to the historical feeling of the building haha! Would stay again either way!”
