“I have never experienced a hotel like this one before. It had everything I could possibly need or desire in a hotel room, anticipating my every requirement. The decor was delightful, featuring numerous thoughtful personal touches. I truly felt at home rather than just staying in hotel.”

“Room was very clean and modern. Shower pressure was great! Bathroom also had a lighted make up mirror and wonderful plush towels. Bed was very comfortable! Elijah at the front desk was very friendly!”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“This is our 2nd time staying at Hyatt Place and we enjoyed our stay! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating! Upon our arrival, they gave us complementary Prosecco for our Anniversary! Breakfast was good and hot! Pool was not open, but we enjoyed our room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.”
