“Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time ”

“The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and well equipped. It was ideally situated for touring around the area, and even though the apartment was in the town, it was quiet and only a few minutes walk to shops and eating places. The owner was quick to respond to a query we had, and gave us useful information prior to our visit. A relaxing and enjoyable stay, plenty of places to visit and local walks. ”

“Lovely place at a good price. We had a two night stay at this hotel while visiting Llangollen, rooms are nice and clean with wonderful views. Both lady’s on reception were so nice and helpful. We had a lovely chat with Ellie and both are a credit to the hotel. Buffet breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. We had dinner on both nights and the crispy chilli beef was very good. Also plenty of parking and an excellent spa and pool. One we will definitely return to 😊 ”

“Nice and friendly welcome and on arrival impressed with the bedroom however on checking bedding a dried blood stain on the fitted sheet which was clear to see and in clear view (must have been seen when making the bed up) and also a dirty stained pillowcase was evident. Reception informed and immediately resolved the issue. They also offered a free drink as an apology. Tv remote required new batteries but was advised the sensor was hid behind the dressing table mirror and although we moved it,……

“Tidy hotel the other side of Llangollen which resulted in a hairaising approach in our low slung car along very wiggly roads (we found an easier B road via Chirk later! ) This hotel is situated in a quiet village and we slept well both nights. Our room was huge, clean, well decorated with lovely fixtures and fittings offering plenty of storage. A roomy shower with rainfall and alternative regular option was much appreciated along with shower gel and shampoo. The staff were pleasant and the……
