“Very stylish and new/renovated hotel with an excellent location with easy tram access to old town. The parking garage underneath was super convenient and spacious without having to drive thru the city. Our room had a nice little ”balcony window” with afternoon sunshine while overlooking the jewish memorial site. Room was perfect with ac and fridge. Hotel restaurant’s entrecote was a positive surprise. ”

“新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！ 早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富 這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住”

“Vi hadde deluxe leilighet for en helg, og den var fantastisk; bad med toalett tilknyttet stua der barnet sov, og toalett tilknyttet soverommet vårt, som også inneholdt badekar. Det var stor plass i leiligheten, med lite kjøkken og veranda. Temperatur og lys kunne styres i hvert rom slik man ønsket. Det er likevel noe negativt: Sovesofaen var ikke god å sove på, det trekker ned for komfort. Badekaret var ikke helt tett, så det rant vann på gulvet da vi brukte det, selv om vi passet på å ikke……

“Good location with trams, eating places not far from square and about 30 mins walk to Wavel Castle but we used tram and Bolt taxi very cheap. Buffet breakfast good for buffet had couple of hot options. Staff excellent. ”

“My room is spacious and hotel is located in a convinient place. Jewish district and old town are within walking distance. Check in procedure is fast and breakfast time is long (7:00-11:00)which is a good point for those waking up late. ”

“酒店夠新淨, 房間太小, 訂了雙人床, 就將兩張單人床泊埋, 奇怪? 房客間清潔就一般, 早餐尚可 酒店地理位置方便, 便利店, 餐廳, 酒吧都在附近, 行前一條街有自助洗衣乾衣, 非常方便! 走20多分鐘可以到車站行商場, 所以我到場時都是選擇坐Taxi 去酒店, 還好不太貴 波蘭茲 25-30 左右”
