“Easy to find and access. Check-in instructions were helpful. Place was great location for access to Incline Village (especially grocery store) and places like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and hiking off Mt. Rose Highway. “Family wedding in Genoa. Needed lots of space to get everyone dressed and pressed! Grandbabies got to make s'mores every night. The kitchen was perfect to fit everyone around the island to cook and prep. I left some huge cookware but im sure it will be there when we return to Reno for another family event! “Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the……

“The property is perched on a hillside with a view of the lake and surrounding woods! Gorgeous! We had our privacy which is important to us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong and pool table! The Jacuzzi was clean and located on the back balcony, which is ideal. The master bathroom has a steam shower, absolutely wonderful. The house does have minor repairs that are needed that would enhance the stay. The house is located near Incline Village and a 13 min drive to Sand Harbor beach. Unfortunately……
