We rented this condo for my sons wedding at the Hyatt next door. The condo was closer to the ballroom and restaurant than any Hyatt room for sure - it was just perfect for our family. There is a beautiful lookout point right next to the water but you can't get to the water from this property. It was no big deal for us. There are two beaches within walking distance.
