“Could use a better shower curtain and towel racks in the bathroom”

“Customer service and communication with the property manager was top-notch. They communicated the whole time and anything we needed while we were there. They were happy to provide a very quick manner. The property definitely is bare bones. There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen but silverware and plates so if you wanted salt pepper or anything else like that- It was not provided. The beds and the pillows were very, very comfortable, and the linens were really nice. However, there is a couch……

“If I were single I could live here. It's that comfortable. The freestanding apartment is ideally located and finished to a very high standard. Amazingly well designed and laid out. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Many, many conveniences. Cafe table in garden outside. We parked once and walked everywhere. Lovely host. Really, I can't imagine anyone giving it less than a perfect score. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The host and owner have given the studio very thoughtful attention to detail to make it charming and comfortable. Both host and owner were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for the three of us. ”

“This house worked great for us! There were four of us in our group of besties and we each had our own bedroom with bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and a fun little cafe style professional one!It's great for a group of adults. I don't know that it would be good for anyone with children or anyone with difficulties going up and downstairs. Nice patio on the back side and really enjoyed our time in Ashland!”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Attention to detail. The light fixtures convinced of outlets. Wish we had time to take a bath in the relaxing looking tub. The bed and furniture were interesting and so comfortable.Parking and walkable to town. We loved the sweet personal note letting us know someone was there if we needed them. “We all enjoyed our stay at the Hellman House. The joy of the day was sitting on the front porch and enjoying each others company. There is a king size bed downstairs and two queens in the room upstairs. The drawback for me was getting up the stairs. We are in our late 70's. No bathroom upstairs. We did enjoy being there...Nice warm feeling happy place.”
