“We came for our son’s graduation and enjoyed the space, location, & proximity to the beach. We also loved the backyard space! The only thing I would add on the negative side is the rental had some maintenance issues like ants, stains on carpets, and needed some extra cleaning. However, these things didn’t disrupt our enjoyment of the space but for some people it might.”

“House is well stocked, convenient to beach & grocery store. The community park is just steps away & great for morning walks! The park is beautiful. ”

This year we rented a 4 bedroom home for the first time located 2 minutes from the beach, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the property! “Great location and floor plan for an out-of-town family. The house is clean, and the host is attentive. The floors in the living areas need some TLC, and I had to bring over pillows for my guests. My grandkids loved playing out in the fenced yard, and the porch was a nice area for parents and friends to hang out.”

“The house was great! Well stocked and clean. Host even had soap, shampoo, TP, and other supplies to get you started. Plenty of beach supplies in the garage...and not old rusted out chairs and broken toys, but nice things including a wagon and tent. We had 6 adults for 3 weeks and 4 additional college students at various times and had plenty of room. Wifi had great signal for us all to work from various locations in and outside the house. Host was quick to respond to questions and made the whole……
