“So much to say! Great place...great location...and great owners! We went to Melbourne, in July for nine days for a softball tournament. Yes it was HOT but the house was our oasis. It is so deceiving, small on the outside but BIG on the inside. Fully stocked big kitchen and 5 minutes from Public or Walmart to keep us stocked. In the garage there were bikes, beach toys (a lot of them) and a BIG cooler! Inside there were a lot of games. I had to order Throw Throw Burrito for when we got……

“Great house with lots of amenities. Everything as photographed and in good condition. Outside area is very nice (take some bug spray, we had some bites after late evenings). Kitchen well stocked with appliances and plenty of dishes. Beach towels and supplies came in very handy! Free beach parking close by and we never had issues finding parking there. Neighbors were friendly and close, but backyard makes you feel like you are all alone - it's very private.AC seemed like it had a little trouble……
