I only say this, because, it rained a few nights, and we grilled most of our food. We also bought a can opener, and left it for future guests, lol ,other was broken. Great place, great communication! “It was a super midnight late arrival because of the weather storm. Highways were closing. The man at the desk was kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome - assisting with the vending machine when all the local restaurants were closed. Had a wonderful time here and thankful they had a room! ”

“This was perfect for our stay! Our daughter graduated from UGA and we needed a place to stay for the weekend for our family. Yes it's a 75 minute drive to Athens from Milidgeville but well worth it. The kids loved catching fish from the dock and we loved the location. Such a beautiful area! If you're looking for a rental for a UGA event this one is a great one and it beats paying 800 a night for a Best Western in Athens. . Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your home while our daughter……

“The property was clean, check in a breeze, room is definitely dated, especially the future. A/C was great, the place is in a safe and quiet area. I would definitely stay there again if ever in the area. ”
