“Very quiet property. Cozy cabin. The grounds are very well maintained. You do not feel like you are in town, but get the convenience of downtown Hayward being within walking distance. Matt was an excellent & responsive host! We would stay again.”

“Cabin and communication with host was excellent. Pool table was great to have for indoor activities when it was raining out. Gas fire pit on deck was wonderful for cool night. Only con was had to remove trash with us and water pressure in house was low when more than one shower or kitchen sink was in use. Overall great location and size was perfect and house was clean and comfortable! ”
