“Pleasant hotel with spa facilities in a quiet, green area. Staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety. The bed was a bit too soft, but overall the room was fine.”

There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. “I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. ”

“Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!”

“Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. ”

“Kayak için gittik. Otel gondolaya 500 m mesafede. Oteldenden gondolaya olan son servis 10:00 da kalkıyor. Banskodaki otellerin genelinde 12:00 kadar servis oluyor. Her seferinde gondolaya yürümek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelin bu durumu düşünmemesi çok saçma. Onun dışındaki hersey çok iyi. Ama bir daha kalmam.”
