“I checked in late last night, and I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist kindly upgraded me to a King suite at no extra charge, especially after the stress of a canceled flight. It was much appreciated! However, the shuttle service stops at 9 PM, so I had to find my own way to the hotel. Waited for over an hour for taxi, no Uber driver were available at that time as it was too busy. The room was spacious, and the suite itself was really nice, with separate sections divided by doors,……

“This hotel bed have ‘bad bug’ . My legs and whole body right now all little red rash. And very inch. I don’t know how the get so many good reviews. Don’t trust this hotel . The old lady at front desk try to charge me $20 for parking per day . The machine shows only $6 if you pay parking by self .after I show her my book includes parking . She stop talking . ”

“The staff is always friendly and there are plenty amenities available. I have stayed at Club Sevilla several times and their rooms are always exceptionally clean and it is by far one of my favorite places to stay in the Kissimmee/Orlandoarea.”
