“Lovely place!!”

“The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, and we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea there. However, I was informed that my teenagers, aged 14 and 16, couldn't use the pool without supervision. Additionally, the garage across the street had a non-functional elevator, which made handling our luggage quite challenging.”

“Wifi is strong. A lot of parking space. 10 mins drive to download.”

“The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was excellent as it was a short walking distance to all of the tourist areas and attractions. We appreciated the free on site parking. The breakfast was wonderful and the beer garden was a very nice area in which to relax. The windows in our room were very dirty and little bugs gathered around the lights at night. It was also very noisy as the music from the beer garden drifted up to our windows and the noise from the crowd there……

“A very good hotel in Kilkenny. This was our first time in Kilkenny and we wanted a nice place to stay hotel Kilkenny did not disappoint 👌 although its a bit of a walk into the centre of town for seeing around the sites the weather was good and we enjoyed the walk ☀️ taxis are also plentiful if you require one. We booked a room with breakfast and we paid a charge to have it delivered to the room. The food was very good so all round a good experience 😃”

“We arrived very early so the room wasn't ready understandably, they took our number and phoned us as soon as it was, which was 2 hours before check in. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and hot”

“Refurbishing the room and they are lovely. Heated towel rack, deep tub and 2 shower heads. Excellent hot water as well. Ac/heater. Only issue was mattress was very firm and I like mine cozy and softer. Overall loved the hotel and location”

“We enjoyed our stay. It is a lively part of town, and we were there during the Music Festival. There was some maintenance to be done, and I have privately messaged the owner in hopes it is can be fixed so others do not have the same problem. ”
