“Lovely downtown that is very walkable! ”

“The property is under new ownership as of the 1st of the year and we met them. Fabulous people. The rooms are freshly updated with outstanding comfortable beds, new paint, walk-in showers, service was impeccable. The view of the lake was gorgeous. There was a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig in the rooms. There was a restaurant out back that included a bar, but it did not serve breakfast, nor is there a continental breakfast, but don't let that deter you from staying there! Plenty of breakfast……

“We celebrated New Year’s Eve and had our family’s Christmas celebration at this facility for the second consecutive year. The host lives next door and was quick to respond to our questions but gave us the privacy we desired. The quaint downstairs area features an old fashioned kitchen, seating area with a gas fireplace, large dining area, private bedroom and a bathroom. The upstairs loft includes a large open sleeping area, game room and living room where the siblings all stayed. ”

“The house was delightful. Lots of room for socializing, playing cards and feasting after hours of hiking or snowshoeing. Host Sara responded thoughtfully to our 2 text questions immediately. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities our group needed. This would be a great house for a warm season visit with family or friends. ”
