“Beautiful property. It seems to be having some issues right now, but the staff was great and the property again, is beautiful! We were told the coffee shop was "closed until further notice, and the planned/scheduled activities were nonexistent. We still enjoyed our stay. The condo was huge and a great value to be right on the beach. ”

“Great hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The waterfront staterooms are updated and very convenient for a family to stay, with full kitchen. Great location right by Port Lucaya. Best hotel in Freeport. ”

“I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept……
