Pros: nice indoor pool and hot tub, open late(11pm); VERY friendly/helpful staff (the hair dryer in our room was sparking, when it was on High, and they were quick to send a replacement); breakfast was included; Clean Cons: the only way into the hotel is through the parking garage (as far as we could tell) - just made it awkward, circling and trying to find the entrance; only one of two elevators was working during our stay, making for extended wait……
