“Charles was an excellent host who addressed any issues we had immediately. The location was not right on the lake but was just a short walking distance. April Sound has many amenities including large pools, hot tub, golf and tennis courts.The condo was clean and comfortable but could use some updates but overall was functional and met our needs. “We frequent Lake Conroe, generally several times per year. We usually stay in Walden, but sometimes in April Sound. This condo was well equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. I love the cathedral ceilings. The back balcony was a plus. The only down side for older or handicapped guests is the stairs. Besides that, I would highly recommend to anyone. ”

“The unit itself was amazing. Very clean and kid friendly. On the other hand the "President" of the condominiums' was on the property and actually made me (54) and my grandkids get out of the pool and stated we had to have rented the unit for 31 days before we can access the pool and the pool area. You can imagine the disappointment of my grandchildren and even myself. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I paid good money to enjoy the whole facility as this was in my agreement and being……
