“It was peaceful, quiet came cozy. Just what I needed some time off. ”

“We had a full house for a Nationals Dance Competition at Margaritaville Resort. The house was very comfortable for our large group of family and friends and the neighborhood is conveniently located. The large kitchen allowed us to cook at home at our convenience. The dock was fun for fishing and the upper deck was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks! There was plenty of space in the driveway for all of our cars. The country club pools were nice and even had a kiddie pool for the littlest……

“Great stay and lots of fun. My family stayed here for 4 nights. It was clean and conveniently located to Lake Conroe and dining options. The property was fantastic, relaxing but with lots of stuff to do. Family really enjoyed the giant tortoises as well. I would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Our family of 5 stayed here to end the summer before school started. This home is the perfect location for good lake swimming and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cookware needed to make our meals daily. The primary bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house but that could have been user error. Terry is a wonderful host and is very responsive! We would stay here again!”

“Clean & quiet.”

“The house is spacious and has plenty of room for 5-7 people. The master bedroom has pretty thin walls that do not keep noise out. Also, blinds do not cover the entire window, so sunlight comes into the room in the morning, and without a fan in the room, it can get warm. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax, even though it was more worn/disheveled than expected (missing tile, fake plants in the pool upon arrival). There was also routine lawn maintenance that happened around 11 am on a……
