“This was a charming apartment in an old house. It had some imperfections, but most added fun character. Parking was easy and lock codes were provided before our arrival and worked. The stairs are not ideal, but worked for our family. There are long-term residents in the other apartments, but our interactions with them were good and minimal. We were visiting for a funeral and booked our stay last-minute and appreciated the ability for that. The host is very quick to respond. We did have an issue……

“Lived in Metropolis for years. Came back to visit family in surrounding areas including Smithland, KY. It was very nice to see what use to be an old abandon building that was brought back to life in such a beautiful manner. Loved it!!”

“I had a wonderful time. I was there to see my grandchildren and meet my first great granddaughter. There was PLENTY of room for them to come hang out with Nana for a while. The apartment was awesome, clean and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend. ”
