“This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Kasa Love Field-Medical. It is convenient to both my family and activities in Dallas. It is very comfortable with a full kitchen & washer/dryer. Lovely, very clean and relaxing environment. I like the virtual check in and help is just a text or call away. They are quick to respond. “The property was clean, well kept and had great supplies for a family stay (high chair , pack and play, pool floaties etc) Our kids loved the playground. The hosts/house manager was very responsive and addressed the couple of issues that came up promptly. Would happily stay here again”

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
