“My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get-away. The house was very nice. Had all the amenities that we wanted and needed. Welcome basket was very thoughtful. Host was prompt with communication. The property was very relaxing. The sound of rushing water and nature made for a peaceful time to enjoy my coffee in the morning. Although the weather was not great, we were still able to enjoy the surrounding state parks which were all close by. ”

“This is such a cute little, mostly private, cabin. Our visit was in the beginning of spring, the trees hadn't filled in yet, so there were a few houses visible from the front.The cabin was still winterized with plastic on the windows, so when we walked in, it was a bit stuffy, but after turning on all the fans, it became comfortable.The only real issue we had, was when we went to make the bed. The sheets that were left for us were dirty with dog hair all over them. Luckily there is a washer……

“The home was exactly as I was expecting.. it’s an older home with older home issues. The bathroom floor was uneven in paces. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen adequate. There was a smoke detector that was NOT installed, it was lying in a drawer. My BIGGEST complaint was the fact that the dryer was broken. In correspondence with Chris he stated that he had told me that it would not be fixed until after our stay and when I corrected him that he did not tell me that his message became a bit……

“Where do I start?! What a peaceful and perfect weekend. I would do this 365 days a year if I could. What a great spot, immersed in nature. The first night we had a bonfire- we saw 3 planets and plenty of stars in the night sky. Both mornings were spent bird watching- there are so many!!!! What great placement for the feeders. We loved all of the movies, the kitchen, and just how cozy and peaceful ever second was. Thank you so much. We miss it already!”
