“Staff at this hotel are friendly and very customer service oriented. Had an issue with air conditioner, went for dinner and was fixed by the time I got back to the hotel. Restaurant offers a good variety of food options and drinks. I am staying here again in two weeks.”

“Was walking distance to downtown/parliament. Had soft pillows and nice bed. Spacious room and bathroom. ”

“The hotel is very old and has a weird smell everywhere. The staff is not professional. The guy at the front desk wears a casual sweater and is not so friendly. Breakfast is expensive and terrible. They give you glasses slightly bigger than shot glasses for milk or juice. It takes forever to get a coffee and no refill. Food is tasteless. After I complained about the coffee when asking for the check, the waitress gave me a simple “Oh” with a confused facial expression. Unbelievable. ”
