“I cannot recommend staying at this condo to anyone in the future. No matter how conveniently placed in proximity to the beach this unit is the unclean state of the unit and horrible communication from the property manager absolutely ruined my experience of my stay. The unit has a horrible ant problem and the managements solution was to drop off a can of raid by the door for me to take care of it myself. There was never any follow up on the condition of the unit and the state of the ant……

“Exactly as described and well equipped. Occasionally the neighbors were very loud. A leak above the shower from upstairs required 3 days of work but all fixed. Having parking privileges in the city garage across the street makes it all possible, without it parking is expensive or impossible. It is still a bit pricey but first class overall.”

“This is a nice place in a good neighborhood. I just wish there was closer parking. You have to park in a visitor spot and you may not be close at all to the front door. All the spots are numbered, why is there not a spot for this unit? I don't think the cleaning crew showed before we got there...the beds looked like they hadn't been stripped down and cleaned before our arrival. Stains on a lot of the linens, floors and furniture. We had to strip the beds and wash all the bedding before we felt……
