“Had a great stay~ room and hotel decor is really nice and modern. They do serve Starbucks in the lobby which was nice, but not complimentary. The picture of the nice pantry on the hotels profile pic is a bit misleading; you have to be a platinum member to use it. No pool working either, said out of order but it looks like an awesome pool if they can get it in order. Outlet in bathroom was not working but that wasnt a big deal. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and wonderful from……

“Easy check in & out. I left my pillow and Robin was so helpful finding it and getting back to me they had it. My daughter was able to get it back for me. ”

The bathroom clogged and we called front desk at 6 am to get help because water was gushing out of toilet.The lady on duty said the engineering was not available.We called again and asked if we could go to another room to bath and change clothes.The front desk clerk told us yo go to the front desk to pick up keys.We asked why they couldn’t bring to us.She said that she couldn’t leave front desk.We kept calling and they gave us the runaround.They finally got someone……
