“The cottage was everything and more than promised. We were vacationing and exploring DC - very convenient to the Metro and it was great having a “home” to come back to in the evening instead of a hotel room. Craig was responsive but gave us our space. We would recommend staying if you are looking for something in the area. You won’t be disappointed. As a bonus, the dogs were very friendly and made us laugh.”

“We stayed at this property during our annual visit to Leesburg. We enjoy the downtown area (easy to walk) and catching an Uber to the local vineyards! House was perfect for our group of 5. Majority of our time at the house was spent sleeping, but we all felt comfortable and had enough space. Three bathrooms were great! ”

“Overall we loved the place. The beds slept great even the sofa bed. They had a nice thick memory foam for it. The grounds were beautiful and we had a garage to pull into to get out of the weather. The only complaint one of the girls had was the shower was not for big girls. It was a tight squeeze but we totally enjoyed it and will rebook in warmer weather. ”

“My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend. The only negative was the lot parking spot was a little tricky but the on street parking is a good alternative. There were a couple spots the paint needs to be……

“perfect for 2 couples that know each other well. clean, Intimate, comfortable cottage. stayed for Christmas Parade weekend. Caught shuttle across street. 1 mile to town. Walked to Greenhill Vineyards next door. Grabbed a stack of wood and ice and provisions from Safeway. Pizzas (from Knead Wine) and Smores around the firepit. Updated bathroom. comfortable bedding. Could use one more chair in the dean. ”
