“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“Stayed the weekend for a show jumping event at Morven park. This spot was very peaceful and quiet. The small village of Waterford was amazing. The hostess really knocked it out of the park - I've never seen a place supplied with so many incidentals, to improve the quality of your stay. Everything was very easy and memorable. Will probably return with a friend to enjoy the nearby wineyard and apple cidery.”

“We loved staying at this property! It is ideally located in a suburban neighborhood with shops and restaurants just a block away. The check-in process was easy, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. The cottage was immaculate inside and had everything we needed, including a small kitchen and a nice large backyard. The bathroom was very nicely-appointed, and the downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft areas were quite comfortable. We even saw deer roaming the neighborhood in the……
