“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“This interestingly titled listing is certainly an affordable home option (surprised to see it on Hotels.com - property is maintained by Evolve and it is nowhere mentioned in the listing), conveniently located in the city. However, it is not recommended and not suitable for business trips. I stayed here with two colleagues during a recent business trip. The home itself is spacious, with a large living area, a patio, a nice pool table, and plenty of open parking. That said, we encountered two……

“My daughter's family and myself went to DC for my mother's burial at Arlington. It was a quick trip and we're from the area,though no one lives there now, so we needed a place to stay. This was a convenient location close to places to eat, the Metro, and major roadways. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. I'd definitely recommend. The only negative was the lot parking spot was a little tricky but the on street parking is a good alternative. There were a couple spots the paint needs to be……

“My sisters and I were looking for a place to stay to explore the area and visit Harper's Ferry and Leesburg worked well for us.The house was comfortable and well appointed. I found the stairs rather difficult, especially coming down but otherwise, all was great.Excellent restaurants were nearby.”

“Every part of this trip was surprisingly delightful…from the long, gravel, road through the most beautiful farms to the treehouse. My husband and I felt so comfortable here. It’s a spacious and well-decorated home with modern conveniences. We spent most of our time watching the trees sway in the rain and at night watching movies in the dark. It was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher starting summer vacation! I’m already hoping to return in the fall. ”
