“Cute, cozy little house. Stayed for the night had everything you would need even little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. Boneta was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing your home ”

“I spent a week at this apartment and, while it may not be for everyone, it could be a solid option if you're looking for a cost-effective, clean place to stay with responsive ownership.Pros:Excellent Host Communication: I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and the host responded promptly. It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. “Like the communication. Liked the te way everything was clean and plenty of places nearby to dine.”

“Requested additional blankets, towels. Never received text or additional supplies. No full length mirrors in the place. Only mirror, in the bathroom, not over the sink! How are you supposed to shave without making a mess. Large rip in sofa. Very uncomfortable sofa. No place to hang up coats. Also received a parking ticket for 25 dollars. No signs posted on the street at all. What am I supposed to do,get up at midnight to move the vehicle? Very deceptive practice by Niagara Falls police dept. 6……

“Very clean 2 bedroom one bathroom bottom floor of a split level house. Host answered all questions quickly and helped me get my kid's passports. James is a great guy. Highly recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area again I will only stay here! ”

“Unfortunately had to cut our stay short..”

“Stayed for a week, owners were polite and the apartment was very nice and accommodating. ”

“We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. We did call and she was going to send someone to check on it. By then it was 11:30 at night. We told her we would not stay there and found another……

“The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place.……
