“The housekeeper/front desk lady that worked in the morning was rude. My husband tried to pay for the room around 10am and knew he wouldn't be able to check in / get into the room until 2... the lady was very rude and curt with him. She asked about the credit card number that I used to create the reservation and Jason said he wanted to use his credit card, which was is on the same account.
